Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims that are determined to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue with your order or product, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Return Address

Returned items are sent to our fulfillment partner’s return facility by default. Once a returned shipment is received, you will receive an automated notification email.

Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address Provided

If you provide an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, the shipment may be returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs once the updated address has been confirmed.


Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the fulfillment facility. Reshipping costs for unclaimed packages are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package cannot be reshipped, it may be donated to charity without a refund being issued.


Returns & Exchanges

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind

Size exchanges and voluntary returns are offered at our discretion and expense.

We strongly recommend reviewing sizing charts and product details carefully before placing an order.


EU Consumer Notice

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  2. Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns in these situations.
